I have spent two decades maneuvering through the complexities of clinical practice and patient advocacy.

I am a Certified Physician Development Coach™, credentialed through the Physician Coaching Institute(PCI), and a proud member of the International Coaching Federation — professional standards that reflect my commitment to rigorous, ethical, and evidence-informed practice.

Born in Ohio, transplanted to Arizona — turns out I traded snow boots for sunscreen and never looked back. Off the clock, I'm chasing tennis balls, moonlighting as a docent at the art Museum, stealing quality moments with family, keeping the dog thoroughly entertained, and scheming about the next travel adventures!
